Manhunt Walkthrough Part 14: Divided They Fall
0After escaping Darkwoods Penitentuary, Cash, now effectively on the run from both the law and sadistic Director, is intercepted by Ramirez and several Wardogs who corner Cash in an derelict apartment building and start beating him before disarming him, thus forcing him to run for his life and slowly re-arm himself as he works to kill Ramirez and escape the apartment building. Eventually, Cash is able to kill Ramirez after an shootout in front of the building and is saved from the approaching Wardogs' backup by a woman who urges Cash to enter her car. As they drive off, the woman reveals that she is a news reporter who witnessed what was supposed to be Cash's execution. She also reveals that she has spent previous months investigating the illegal snuff film ring controlled by the Director, who is revealed to actually be named Starkweather, and that she is being targeted by his gangs and mercenaries due to the information she uncovered during her investigation. Aware of the danger they are in while on the street as they have both been marked for death by Starkweather, Cash tells the reporter to get them both to her apartment as soon as possible...
