You may need to rebuild any Python packages you’ve installed from the AUR. To get a list of them, you can run:
pacman -Qoq /usr/lib/python3.9
And to rebuild them all at once with an AUR helper such as yay, you can do:
yay -S $(pacman -Qoq /usr/lib/python3.9) --answerclean All
But if any of the packages don’t work with Python 3.10 yet, this might fail halfway through and you’ll have to do rebuild the remaining ones one or a few at a time.

For those who are single and/or clueless, today is a very normal day. It is also for those who claim that Valentine's Day is a day created solely and exclusively for us to make certain expenses with the excuse of love, but, for most couples, today is a day of celebration. We are in the group that we are, if we are users of one of the most popular distributions based on Arch Linux, this February 14 will be a little more special: have thrown manjaro 2022-02-14.
Reading the list of new features, one cannot help but think that today they have released a new stable version because it is an important day, but not much to highlight. There are no major improvements in GNOME, not even in KDE, where something almost always drops, but Manjaro 2022-02-14 will suit Cutefish, Maui and Deepin users, where some packages have been updated and even received new versions of the desktop.
Highlights of Manjaro 2022-02-14
This version succeeds that of last February 5, and the developer team highlights the following:
Most of the Kernels have been updated.
Cutefish has been updated to 0.7.
Some Deepin packages have been updated.
Firefox is now at 97.0.
Maui has been updated to 2.1.1.
systemd removes cloudflare from the backup DNS servers.
Regular updates from previous versions, including Haskell and Python.
It's not new, but I do think it's important to remember, AUR packages that were based on Python 3.9 will likely need to be rebuilt, unless it was already done when they jumped weeks ago.
Manjaro 2022-02-14 is a new stable version, that is, new packages that can be installed directly from the same operating system. Lately, the community is quite happy with how Pamac works, so it's been a good option for a long time, and even more so if we don't want to use the terminal. For those who prefer the classic, all the new packages can be installed by opening a terminal and typing sudo pacman -Syu. As for the ISO images, the most up-to-date is Manjaro 21.2.2.
