Unlock Time Trial mode:
On the "Route Selection" screen, hold down the brake while making your choice.
Unlock Sheep Race:
on the "Drive Selection" screen, press Shift Up, Shift Up, Shift Down, Shift Down, lean the bike left, and lean the bike right. Keep leaning in that direction and hold Brake and Accelerate. This code must be completed before the countdown ends, if successful you will hear the sound of a sheep as confirmation.
