Delicious maple fudge/cream filled ice cream cones.
This recipe made about 50 cones. This will vary on the size of cone you use of course.

Recipe appears in many location on the net.
1 cup butter (I used salted)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1-300 ml (10oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows or 3/4 cup marshmallow creme/fluff

Melt the butter in a large thick bottomed saucepan. Add in the other ingredients except for the marshmallows. Stir together and cook over medium low heat, stirring continuously until it comes to a boil. If you see brown bits appearing, the bottom may be burning, stir more thoroughly and turn the heat down. Once boiling cook and stir for five minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows or creme and stir until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into a measuring cup with a spout and fill up the ice cream cones. Chill for an hour in the fridge. Store covered in the fridge or room temperature.
