The Angelic Buster hacker bot rotates between 2 maps.
When there are nobody in sight (indicated by red dot in mini map) and there are no installation skills in sight (probably similar ranged as mini map or by OCR, not sure since I am not the hacker), proceed to attack and pick up the mesos and drops. Otherwise, simply pick up the mesos and drops without attacking.
The attack used is Familiar Mascot, which is a 5th job skill and has a 60 seconds cooldown, but these hackers somehow could spam it...
