(Marathon Commentary) Corpse Party All Chapters 48:02
16Corpse Party is arguably the most prolific RPGmaker style horror game and a pretty straight forward speedrun. The story involves a group of kids who perform a ritual and are sent to a pocket dimension they must escape. In the speedrun we are showing off the True Ending of the game and must achieve all the necessary steps.
The speedrun is almost entirely based on routing and movement which is actually more in depth than it would sound considering every step and turn will count more. As well we exit and re-enter the game at the end of each chapter to skip the long credits sequence and proceed to the following chapters. During the run I am holding "X" the entire time which allows me to skip all the in game dialogue and cutscenes, this includes every room transition.
I highly recommend Corpse Party as a starting speedrun since it's incredibly easy to break into and doesn't feature any massively intimidating tech.
