Marathon: Resurrection is a total conversion mod for Unreal Tournament 99 that recreates the experience of the original Marathon in full 3D, with some touches from Marathon 2: Durandal and Marathon: Infinity. The project was started circa 2004 by Damien Sorresso and it's most recent release is from July, 2021. The M:R mod is compatible with the latest official Unreal Tournament version 436, and with the unofficial patch 469b from Oldunreal.

This soundtrack compilation includes remakes from the original Marathon soundtrack, as well as original compositions inspired by the game by Mark Sumner, The Punisher and Julian Zielke.
