As far as I know, this only happens if you use Mario's momentum alone to walk as far as possible down this one slope while saving; I haven't been able to duplicate it anywhere else or with both Bros. If you don't battle one of the enemies at the bottom of the slope upon reloading, the music changes back to normal in the room with the barrels, but if you do, this music stays until you exit Woohoo Hooniversity or trigger the cutscene with Cackletta.
