Somebody requested that I redo the original Syzxchulun levels, so here's level 1 again. Last time I tried it, I beat it, but the game ran into a glitch where upon hitting the flag, it did not advance to level 2, instead Mario just stood there. Now I made it to the end once again, but I couldn't go up the pipe that led to the flag, so once again my victory wasn't complete. Anyway, I made it as close to the end as possbile, enough to give you an idea of what the level is about. It's not as hard as the other 3 levels in World 9, but it's still harder than what most gamers would consider fair for a Mario game. Along the way, I also ran into yet another glitch, where after dying on a koopa troopa, the level restarted like normal, but with Super Mario - it still counted as a lost live, but I could take an extra hit. I could not recreate that glitch, even after trying a couple of times "off-camera", so I have no idea what triggered it. It could have been a simple error, or I indeed pressed a combination of keys which triggered it...who knows ? Anyway, watch and enjoy !
