The "Secret Missions" are basically an additional level of missions, the Level 7, that is unlocked after beating every previous mission with at least 1 star in their rank. Unfortunately, aside from seeing the credits for like the 4th time, it doesn't seem like you get any reward from beating the Level 7 missions.
