Custom Mario Kart's Overview: 'Lunar Spaceway is a track set on the Moon. It is similar to Lunar Speedway but with an entirely new model, a much smaller scale, colorful crystals that change colors based on mipmaps, and a "fake" vertex color or texture transition effect using transparent overlays. The track features proper texture mapping, cameras, and animation. It was BigOto2's first custom track that used BrawlBox to get effects such as partial opacity, texture animation, and bone animation.'

The track is made by BigOto2. It has a space and galaxy theme. The track is complete with working minimap, intro and CPU AI. The track is simple to understand because the track is visible and you get an idea of where to go. There is a shortcut which takes offroad then on to the road underground and out. There is a mini shortcut which is a jump that cuts one corner. There are purple fire balls. The background is space-like. Overall this is a great track.
