Mario Kart Wii - Max lap count modifier!

This is a small demonstration of a feature being added by default to the next version of CTGP Revolution; altered maximum lap count. In the KMPs of Mario Kart tracks is an unused value that indicates the total number of laps. Before now, changing this value did nothing; it was only ever used during tournaments, such as the Cookie Land race containing 5 laps. But in the CTGP update, if you alter the value, the change will be reflected in-game, allowing custom track creators to specify the amount of laps they wish their track to have.
This will also be released in code form soon, with a changeable value to specify number of laps; for use in speed hack races, or indeed regular races increase the amount of laps. Decreasing is also possible if you really wish to. Please bear in mind, though, that everyone will need to use the code to have an altered lap count; so going Worldwide with the code would not be smart. The code will be released as it is finalised.
If everyone has the altered lap count, then the race effectively changes length. It gets a little silly if some are using it and some are not, for obvious reasons :P Nevertheless, it is confirmed to work in online VS, offline VS, GP, and in time trials.
The numbers Lakitu shows are actually coded into the game; the pictures were just never used up till now.
If this is used in a time trial, all the splits will display on screen, but anything beyond Lap 3 will be labelled "TIME". However the values are perfectly readable and correct.
If you do 1-lap, the track will play the normal music for the entire race, the final lap jingle and fast lap music will never play.
Hopefully this is nice news for various players; now we really can have a proper 7-lap Baby Park, 1-lap Seaside Resort, 2-lap GCN Wario Colosseum, etc. It should also solve the complaints about tracks that are too short... or tracks that are too long. Over the coming days, I will be doing more streams to pick even more tracks to add to the update, and allow people to vote on how many laps they think a track should have as well, including for ALL of the existing tracks in the CTGP. So keep an eye out for news about that!
