JUST KIDDING! I GOT AN HD PVR!

Yeah, that was obnoxious. Seriously though, yeah...after pulling my hair out over an EasyC(r)ap, I just decided to splurge and buy this Hauppauge HD PVR. That means there will be absolutely no more digital camera quality videos unless this goes down the tube or I record 3DS stuff which I don't really plan to do. I'm currently editing on WMM, so the quality isn't 100% perfect, but it's way better than the quality used to be. I'm definitely enjoying that. Plus, I will change the quality later as well as the size. I really just put this up to have something to "reveal". After all the crap I had to go through with EasyC(r)ap, I was ready to take this for a spin and see if I needed to send it back too.

Mario Kart Wii was the easiest to test on in my opinion. The Wii was lighter than the PS3 to carry into the room with the HDTV, and Mario Kart Wii was already in the Wii at the time...so...yeah...easier. Haha! I'm using my alternate license. Rowan is my favorite animal villager in Animal Crossing, so that's the Mii I made of him back when I was obsessed with City Folk. :3

Race #1 - N64 DK's Jungle Parkway
I'm not sure if you guys watch octaneblue's Mario Kart Wii races. I'm sure you do, but if you don't...do it. Anyway, whenever I race with them, I typically go with Toadette and the Quacker and choose this course whenever I can. Someone commented that the Quacker is a "piece of shit"...yeah, well...it treats me just fine. It's probably my favorite of all of the bikes. The only downside is that it gets tossed around like a ping pong ball, but if you're way ahead of the pack, then you don't have to worry about that! I was hoping to record a nice Blue Shell dodge for you on this course...and sure enough, it happened.


Race #2 - Mario Circuit
Ugh. I am so happy they dumped the Lightning Clouds from Mario Kart 7. They're terrible, and I hate that the Donkey Kong behind me got it when he was in 2nd place! C'mon! That ultimately screwed me over like it typically does. That Danni girl was annoying. At the end, I pretty much made it a goal to put her in last because she wouldn't stop bumping into me. This is where being tossed around sucks, but when it's just one person doing all the bumping, you better believe I have my sights set on taking you out later.
