I wasn't personally present for this one, so I get to pretend to have less of a conflict of interest.

Quite a lot of close calls and definitional problems in this one. I am using the "turn" definition for barge passing when I have previously slipped in to the "brake" definition. Quite a lot of situation are sensitive to this difference.

The underlying driving activity is shutting down. Now would be an excellent time to speak up if anybody is truly going to miss it. Otherwise there is only one driving session to cover after this one.
