Marvel Avengers Alliance-New review of weapons in the store
6Thanks to a comment from a channel subscriber referencing the Ironstar (iamreallyrotten), I decided to look at the store again to see if any of the items on sale have some good use with today's characters and gear sets. I'd done a video on these weapons and gadgets when they were first released awhile back but things have definitely changed.
As of right now, some of the items on sale have some really good potential with current heroes and gear sets. Lightning rod stands out now as having some good synergy with the sets trafficking in the whole static charge/electrical debuffs. Rocket pistol has always been good especially with bleed teams and it still holds up well as a solid weapon. The Experiment is a decent defensive items and could really help drain Molly super fast to keep the damage low. Anklebiter might see some really nice life with the new tact suit giving debuffs as a quick action. Popping 2 people with a remove buffs in the first round and causing bleeds could be really solid. Lots of the rest of the weapons don't amount to diddley squat but there are fairly good. As the meta changes and new hero powers come about, it may breathe some life into old items and potentially kill off former good ones.
