[Marvel Heroes Omega] Blueprint for MHO 3.0 #MakeMarvelHeroesGreatAgain
88I think BUE + Omega Patch is not quite what many of us have wanted. So these days, I dream about MHO 3.0, the next biggest update. Here are my hope and wishlist. #MakeMarvelHeroesGreatAgain ... time codes as follow.
00:58 BiS farming for each hero around 20-40 hours. Further time is really to improve affixes and rolls.
02:56 Unify end game content with common reward. Need more randomless and variety.
Danger Room need more tilesets. X-defense has good concept. Limbo / Raid are great for group. Quest through terminal / on-shot like a D3 bounty.
Group play should be rewarding too. Common goal.
Create something new.
05:38 Reverse mobility update. Put action back to ARPG. Faster kill time. More mobs. More excitement.
06:23 Drastically reduce the number of loot types and currency types. Loot 3.0 and should be relevant to the hero.
07:25 Streamline attributes and stats. Intuitiveness is important.
08:13 Get rid of pay for power. Remove booster, ultimate tokens, and etc. from the game.
08:24 Monthly leaderboard per hero.
08:40 Account based progress should remain but moderate.
09:03 Add season / league with cosmetic rewards.
09:15 Buy individual costumes / visual effects / pets. Fortune cards to be time-based but items be sold months after introduced.
09:55 Doop should drop good stuff
10:04 Everyday great drop. Not just event driven.
10:40 Continue to release new heroes.
10:46 Re-introduce Marvel theme. Re-introduce Omega System (trimming out bad nodes). Flavored text.
11:14 Get rid of un-fun hero mechanic (like resource regen) and un-fun boss mechanic (like bubble up). Need to make boss bigger, still can't see what the bosses are doing mostly.
12:10 From UI design, we should be able to look at the hero and play. Not just focusing on hot bar.
12:52 Listen to the community. Engage. Unify community from different platforms.
15:13 GAZ should just play the game like us. Play with us!
