So for this video, I tackle the subject of the Nightnurse sale and I also talk about something very different from the NN offer. It's hit me a lot recently that I like MAA's old way of handling several buffs and debuffs compared to how MSF does.

In MAA, if you were stunned, not only did your dodge go down, you couldn't do anything else including tank/taunt/protect. Makes sense right? If you're laid out on the floor knocked out, how can you function? Well in MSF, a stunned character taunting still forces you to attack them. Kinda bullshit if you think about it. In the MAA days, characters who were stealthed basically were mini gods. They could avoid so many things in the game including taunting/protecting. If the stealth was not detected, you could not protect against the attack. Well in MSF, a stealthed character like BW or Elektra still has to hit the taunter even though technically, the taunter has no clue what they are taunting.

Finally the last thing I talk about is the "stack order" for buff removal. If somebody with buff removal attacks somebody with counter on them (a buff) what is the proper stack order when it comes to the buff and the removal. I feel if you remove the counter buff, they then have no chance to counter the attack. You removed their counter buff. The game sees it differently and still allows the counter to happen. Also, a stealthed character can provoke counters. That also seems a bit off.

What do you guys think?
