Hi folks! So Blizzard has introduced the patch version that they plan to put the vanilla WOW server on when it releases. They have decided to go with patch 1.12-Drums of War. You can read about that patch here - https://wow.gamepedia.com/Patch_1.12.0

So what does this mean? Well it means you get a vanilla patch that was near the end of vanilla's life cycle. It was just one more major patch between 1.12 and TBC. You get pretty much the full vanilla experience but do you get the BEST vanilla experience? I touch upon these topics in this video.
