Groot before felt like more of a tank instead of also a support because he lacks skills to support. The revamped version though he lost another attacking skill and replaced by a skill to make him go fast, his last skill became a spore like skill around him that slows enemy down and his healing on the bushes are now more noticeable.

Overall Groot can now fully support allies being a tank that can slow enemies and even chase fast enemies using his second skill and also give allies around him a shield if he dies

Also since Venom is popular he was mostly the first choice on a pick, so for now there's a glimpse of Venom and what he can do
