Marvel's Avengers goes and screws up again!
11Another day, another problem with Marvel's Avengers. They've gone and screwed the pooch again. This time it comes courtesy of the new Cosmic Cube patch where we got the new villain sector with Monica. Not only have old bugs not been fixed (for example-once again, a mob was inside a garage vs my Thor and I had to use AOE when it wandered close enough to be killed), but there are new bugs and rather awful ones too. My Thor froze in the early underwater section of the new mission. And the worst of it? PS users were getting basically what amounts to dev build code appearing on their screen exposing their ID, date and time and worst of all-the player's IP address. At least one MA streamer has exposed his IP on stream with the game basically doxxing him.
Whether or not you think the IP on screen is bad or not impactful (it is), the major problem is their testing and QC teams are letting a subpar product out the door all day every day. Like I say in the video, I like PLAYING the game when I can but it doesn't always let me. The Wakanda expansion will be CD's last hope in keeping this game alive.
