A lot has come out concerning Blizzard this week. They are currently defendants against a law suit in California. This is a pretty serious suit going on right now and one that is shocking to hear about. Aside from the many incidents of abuse people have received at Blizzard over the years, the worst seems to have culminated in a suicide. A female employee at Blizzard had nudes of her shared around the company and took her life during a business trip.

It also seems that many of the claims are against Alex Afrasiabi. In a clip in this video, you can see he gets pretty "bro" during the 2010 Blizzcon much to the dismay of an audience member. J Allen Brack claims to have a disdain for "bro" culture but it seems he perhaps didn't do enough over the years at Blizzard to reign everything in properly. Things certainly don't seem good for Blizzard right now as they are seeing people quitting their WOW subs and also seeing protests held in some of the game's capital cities. Meanwhile, WOW is getting trolled within the FF14 community a bit as that game is taking up some of WOW's slack. As a GM of a long standing guild, I face some difficult times ahead not only within myself but with others that play WOW too.
