Mask of Sobek Part 1 - Doom Total Conversion Playthrough
8Hey Guys, Lil Johnny Red here with an episode of my Playthrough with Mask of Sobek a Total Conversion for Doom 2 , Enjoy :D
It's been a while since I played a new Macdee TC, it hits the right notes as usual. not too flashy and full of particle effects but not so basic that it plays like a Doom Reskin.
It's based on the old 3DO fps game Killing Time, and it plays like a "metroidvania" requiring you to revisit areas to access new areas or acquire new items to progress, it is somewhat possible to make things more difficult if you miss secrets containing ammo though making some of the later fights more trouble than it's worth along with some enemies that are slightly too tanky but overall it's balanced enough.
Other than that I highly recommend playing this.
