As you can see my PC is an old piece of junk, but I can play most of the games up to 2014 at 1280x720 with 30 FPS, with custom graphics configuration.

Nevertheless, this graphic card is not recommended to play, because it has not very good performance (for games, for everything else works perfectly fine).
