I made the Krogan think I cured the genophage when I didn't do anything. Eve died for nothing.
To do this:
-Kill Wrex in ME1 so Wreav will be the Krogan leader in ME3( else you can't convince Mordin not to suicide)
-Destroy Maelon's data in ME2 on Mordin's Loyalty mission( else Eve lives and also prevents you from convincing Mordin not to suicide)
-In ME3 tell no one about the STG sabotage on the Shroud tower during this mission, also make sure you have a high reputation(renegade for this of course)

Personally, I'm not calling this the best choice to make, but in Mass Effect, you play YOUR way. So have fun saving Mordin if you want to. and please don't hate on me just for playing renegade ;)
