Playing Insanity Challenge (Insanity Mode?) from me3tweaks.blogspot.com with a Geth Juggernaut this time. With JohnBorrows hosting (Geth Trooper), and with unixhound (Geth Engineer) and tjbeerpig / tjbearpig (Geth Infiltrator). Talking with JohnBorrows and unixhound on voice. We set it on Unknown Unknown Gold difficulty, ended up with "Cerberus based" enemies on Firebase Giant Hazard.

Insanity Mode basics (from what I understand): more enemies, variety of enemies, enemies hit harder, have faster fire rate; Players also have a few effects, faster cooldown I believe. Team mates can stagger each other, and also ourselves.
