Playing Insanity Challenge (Insanity Mode?) from me3tweaks.blogspot.com with a Geth Juggernaut. With JohnBorrows hosting (Geth Trooper), and with unixhound (Geth Juggernaut) and tjbeerpig / tjbearpig (Batarian Soldier). Talking with JohnBorrows and unixhound on voice. We set it on Unknown Map, "Reaper based" enemies, and Platinum difficulty. Ended up on Firebase Dagger.

Insanity Mode basics (from what I understand): more enemies, variety of enemies, enemies hit harder, have faster fire rate; Players also have a few effects, faster cooldown I believe. Team mates can stagger each other, and also ourselves.
