The simple way to fight the clone is to put the squad in cover near the weapon upgrade terminal and store terminal. Then use right hand advantage near the crate to the left.
Ideally you will dodge any powers the clone launches at you, although I botched a couple of them.
Against the clone and mirror enemies, sometimes I like to run Garrus and Ash and hotkey Concussive Shot and just use it to stagger them when I need it. Just find some relatively quick cooldown, stagger powers and you can slow these guys, or get yourself out of trouble. Of course combos also remain an option. Grenade dumping works alright against the clone, but you might find yourself more grenade limited in Armax mirror match.
Like I mention in the vid, you usually don't have to pay much attention to the random Cat6 in the bay, just need to focus the clone. If you can get shots in on Brooks, go ahead. Clone should blow one of his medigels reviving her.
