If you know the game story, Javik's once-glorious race was wiped out 50K years ago by the reapers so he is the very last Prothean alive. After a confrontation with a synthetic life form, he addresses a warning to the captain. Although I don't have AI aversion because I think in the reality mankind as a whole is way too dumb to not to go extinct before being able of creating sentient synthetics, I think what he is saying makes sense.
