Game Notes:

Mass Effect was released originally in 2007/8. There are 3 games in the series worth playing, which are Mass Effect 1, Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. Mass Effect Andromeda did not appeal to me, as it has nothing to do with the original titles. The "new" versions appear to me, to be the same as the old versions, with the exception of graphics, which still look the same to me.

I clear up some of the genertal quests and ignore some of the quests that were picked up late. We end this session on as we attempt to confront Saren before he finds the Conduit on llos. Bugs are still appearing. Although not game breaking, they should have been addressed in the new version.

This is an epic story and an epic universe. The loot and levelling system have no real bearing on anything, like all Bioware titles, but hte story is engrossing and the characters come to life. I play from the perspective of good natured but the job comes first, as a soldier might be.

I recommend playing this if you haven't already. I prefer the older version for authenticity but in this generation of can't wait, won't wait, the digital new version is fine. This will be a complete playthrough of Mass Effect, and I will also do Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3.
