It's episode 4.1 of Mass Effect (質量効果), Striking out with the Council after the attack on Eden Prime

Arriving at the Citadel, Shepard and his crew prepare for the one thing they need to prove over anything else; That this Spectre Saren was in fact there and his intention was to collect the beacon and to prevent it's collection. Not only was Nihlus murdered, but others on Eden Prime confirmed seeing another Turien there before the Normandy arrived..

The Council isn't having any of it....

They shoot down the accusations and demand that if Saren is in fact guilty of going rouge, then sufficient evidence needs to be presented...
