We face the Thorian in this video. If Feros was your third chosen planet to visit, this shouldn't be a very difficult battle but it can be tedious. Save often and don't rush through the area. Kill the Asari Clone first, if she's visible, then take out all the Creepers before going for the Thorian's roots.
This is my Mass Effect 1 walkthrough from beginning to end on a clean save file playing male renegade Shepard. My renegade-only goal is wobbly in Mass Effect 1 but will be nothing but evil in 2 and 3. This game is pretty old but I always need a reason to replay this series and I've never put in the time and energy to record it, so why not do it now? I will make a walkthrough for all 3 games.
You have to finish the game twice (I think...) to unlock the hardest difficulty, so in the interest of being lazy we're playing on Veteran. As long as you upgrade your items frequently and never leave skill points unused, this game isn't very challenging no matter the difficulty.
