This took a lot of work, but setting up the game to run through DosBox v0.74 as well as setting up my capture card to record off a second pc. As such I only needed to utilize 3 civs to get every ending in the game. So third civilization I ran is where I achieved the Diplomatic victory as well as the Antarans defeat victory.

The second civ I took off tactical combat/ship editing and for a very good reasons. Subteranian Lithovores break Moo2 pretty badly and the AI cannot handle 50 battleships on screen. So an after Combat message screen is all one needed to see units being deleted. Also, the space combat would have dragged on for hours.
