In this Skul the Hero Slayer video, I'll be using Masterpiece with the Swordsman skull! Swordsman is a skull I enjoy a lot despite his inherent attachment to the Excessive Bleeding inscription, a status inscription I am not a fan of. Most bleed runs are extremely highroll dependent, and even then it feels like it often underperforms when compared to the other statuses. However, thankfully the Swordsman can easily do other, non-bleed focused builds that make him a lot more consistent! This time I'll be building around Masterpiece with him, with the Masterpiece Omen, the densest damage scaling in the entire game. Also, I'll be trying out an item I almost never get to use: Blooming Blade Shards! I've been dying to attempt this run for a long, long time, although...hopefully just my patience has been dying, and not my run.
