\( \mathrm{Na}_{2} \mathrm{CO}_{3} \) cannot be used in place of \( \left(\mathrm{NH}_{4}\right)_{2} \mathrm{CO}_{3} \) for the precipitation of \( \mathrm{V} \) group because:
(a) \( \mathrm{NaI} \) interferes in the detection of \( \mathrm{V} \) group.
(b) Conc. of \( \mathrm{CO}_{3}^{2-} \) is very low.
(c) Na will react with acid radicals.
(d) Mg will be precipitated.
