Mattel - Masters of the Universe: Origins Rokkon Figure Review
Mattel is kicking off the year strong with their newly released Rokkon figure in Masters of the Universe: Origins. Rokkon is one of three of the Rock People, which also includes Stonedar and Granita. Rokkon had an interesting launch at Mattel Creations this month, as he was first supposed to go on sale on February 16th, 2024, but then Mattel changed the sale date to February 21st, 2024 because of international shipping issues. He was also originally a pre-order and set to ship in May 2024, but instead shipped right away to the surprise of customers.
Rokkon is inspired from his 1985 action figure from Mattel, and this release for 2024 is the first-time in almost four decades we've gotten a 5" figure of this character. This is not counting his release in Masters of the Universe Classics, which was offered as a San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive 2-pack with Stonedar back in 2013.
He is sold out at Mattel Creations, but you can find him at eBay by third party sellers - https://ebay.us/JEmjQD
