Mattel Q&A From 2014, The Hot Wheels Convention
0For over a decade, Mattel has conducted a Q&A session during the Finale of the Hot Wheels Conventions. The last couple years had rather dissappointing responses to collectors concerns. While not all of the problems have been solved, at least Mattel was a bit more forthright this year.

Some people got their Dairy Delivery, some didn't. Why?
Some people got track sets as apologies for the wait. Why not everybody?
