The Maulana Azad Taleem-e-Baligan scheme will educate Muslim adults The 600 crore scheme under the twelfth five year plan will be implemented in minority concentrated districts where Muslims live in large number. Around 10 million Muslim youths will be the beneficiaries of the scheme which will later be implemented in other districts.
