So, this speedrun is actually slower than my previous WR. How is that possible you ask? Because on the Max Payne 3 Speedrunning Discord (https://discordapp.com/channels/423037079472177153/425387257952862208) we came to an agreement to start using Future Data skips, which means NYM HC is no longer glitchless. You can find the explanation for them here: https://www.speedrun.com/Max_Payne_3/guide/hb4vl, in total the ones I used save up to 55 - 60 seconds and I forgot about 2 or 3 even so this should be easily beatable.
