Besides the first 3 chapters which were a bit slow, the failed chapter 7 skip which cost me 10 - 15 seconds, Future Data (https://www.speedrun.com/Max_Payne_3/guide/hb4vl) not transferring from chapter 8 to 9 losing another 10 seconds and a slow final chapter 14 I played this up to the max of my abilities and the rng was mostly good. This is gonna be hard to beat, but sub 40 is definitely achievable.
