I was never able to figure out just what exactly happens to Max after dispatching the two putas up top. Could it be the hang over, too many prilosecs (I assume thats what he pops) or maybe a twisted ankle? The ankle theory sounds most correct and for anybody with weak or trick ankles. You were probably given the nickname Max Payne 3 growing up, that or Jabba the Gunt.
