Like the video shows, there's sound in the menu, but not in-game.

After searching around, I found a quick and easy fix which I've outlined below.

1. Download WinRar if you don't have it: https://www.win-rar.com/start.html?&L=0

2. Download this file: https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/508-max-payne-sound-fix

3. Open the file with WinRar, mark the files and move them over to your Max Payne installation folder.

4. When you get a prompt to replace the files in the folder, click "yes".

5. Double-click the file that says "MaxBatch".

6. Press "C" on your keyboard and wait until it says "Finished".

7. You now have sound, enjoy Max Payne :)
