Maximum Bad - Japan and the Curse of Colonel Sanders
55KFC has shackled far worse curses on the bruise-dappled wrists of the human population than shoveling slop trough runoff into a bowl and charging anyone brave, foolish, or morbidly negligent enough to assault their gastrointestinal tract with it. Cast your wary eye toward the East, and the Land of Every-Flavor Kit Kats and Professional Apologists will show you glimpses of a southern fried specter dripping with malice and gravy that haunts their typically (slightly more) benign gaming and animation catalogs. Colonel Sanders himself has supplanted Famine in the apocalyptic coterie of yore, linen-white horse astride the edge of fear in the imaginations of the Japanese, but the cause for his bearded visage burying itself in the terror-scarred retina of their national mind’s eye is as baffling and bizarre as anything else Japan has ever done.

Obscure cameos are chronicled, historical context is rent into the remorseless light of day, and the basic principles of cinematography are bade once again to submit themselves to the fell use of troubled minds.
