I got confused about my wand order, and was trying to throw a TNT. Instead I cast an Unstable Crystal + Fireball Orbit. That wand is only for open areas. I think the fireball orbiting the crystal hit my body and set off the crystal. Nice fireworks!

After surviving the epic Hisi battle, I get Noita'd in the Holy Mountain by randomly teleporting enemies. I didn't immediately grab the heart because I was contemplating whether I should take it or not. Cost me my life. Once I saw the second enemy, I decided to take the heart. But it was too late by then, and I got shot.

After killing the teleporting ghost stalking me, I got greedy and went for the big chunk of gold in the sheep juice. Bad career move.

While flying upwards I shot a propane tank completely obscured by the snow, and it started to leak completely obscured by the snow. Then I shot at an enemy a few times before the delayed reaction propane tank exploded in my face. There's no way I could have avoided this one. Noita'd.
