In this Episode Max finds out that the remaining Branco sibling had set everything all up to cause this massive thing to set Max up and that he was practically responsible for his Brothers Death, and now he is deciding to leave the country.
Unluckily for him Max is here to put an end to his bullshit once and for all and if the UFE want to play then Max would happily oblige them, no matter what things will be set right somehow even if it means killing shitloads of Corrupt Cops to get to the remaining Branco.
I just hope after all this is over Max can finally live a happy life, no more sadness, no more need to shoot someone in the face, just peace and quiet- He more than deserves it after all he has done. Enjoy
