TLDW:
Pyro-Starts with Flint and Steel, 5 fire charges. Throw fire charges to pretend you're a ghast, use fire to burn animals so you don't have to cook them later.
Summoner-Start with 3 eggs, throw them at a mob to catch it like a Pokemon. Catching hostile mobs does NOT make them friendly from what I've seen.
Lumberjack-Hit a tree and every piece of wood (except those below where you hit) on that tree break.
