Here's a speedrun of MDK I did just for fun after recording the walkthrough. I don't remember exactly why, I just did it. I think I just wanted to play it more, but faster.
It's segmented, so every level was recorded separately. In the last level I saved at the start of the level instead of before it, because that's the only way to carry over the item pickups from the previous level. Easy difficulty, because it's the fastest.
I installed Aureal A3D patch for Direct3D audio. I don't know if it works, I'm not a very good audio listening guy. I usually notice if the game has sound or not, but anything beyond that goes out the other ear. https://drive.google.com/file/d/12ydhFGqdyjkFbYY4GDhpSeP4BxoaS_94/view
I also installed a widescreen patch. What it does is just resize the screen to proper 16:9 and in doing so cuts off a small portion of it, especially from the sniper screen. Nothing important for gameplay is missing, though, and it's easier to appreciate the highest quality textures this way, so it's all good. https://www.wsgf.org/dr/mdk/en
