Definitely a Lovely Chicken Chow Mein. With the mushrooms it made it incredible. If you love mushrooms like me. So I give the Chicken chow mein a 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In this video this was me before a diabetic hypo and eating was taking too long for sugar to get in system and highland spring didnt help as obviously not sugary
Ended up drinking a red bull and eating the oreo cake another day but was wiped out after hypo and day after thats why video suddenly ends.
