This entire video is a bit of an experiment, trying to stitch together bits of the MechWarrior 3 classic intro, the intro from MechCommander, a bit of new music and some text... and seeing if there was any way to upscale it from the postage stamp size of the original 90s-era video. Sadly, there's only so much you can do capturing through PCem scaling and then cropping and rescaling again.

At any rate, I have working copies of MechCommander and MechWarrior in a way that doesn't require all manner of contortion of Windows 10 to get them running, and they're running in a far more stable manner. So its time to take you through the two PC games that introduced me to BattleTech.

Episodes coming soon. I have several missions from MechCommander recorded, just need to assemble them into something coherent, detailing the Inner Sphere's inevitable response to the Clan Invasion -- both from the Operation BULLDOG and Operation SERPENT sides.
