Il doit se placer derrière les lignes ennemies et empêcher Hitler de déployer la fusée V2, avec l'aide de soldats américains. L'histoire est racontée à travers des briefings avec des voix fixes et des voix off narrées. En plus du gameplay classique de tir à la première personne fidèle à la série, la version Wii propose un nouveau mode plus accessible avec le tir sur rails - l'ordinateur gère le mouvement tandis que les joueurs n'ont qu'à viser et tirer. En mode normal, les joueurs se déplacent avec le stick analogique, regardent autour de eux avec la télécommande Wii, se penchent avec le Nunchuk et tirent avec le bouton B, une dérogation au système de contrôle introduit dans Medal of Honor : Vanguard. Le jeu propose également un système de verrouillage avec le bouton Z. Alternativement, les joueurs peuvent utiliser le Wii Zapper pour viser et tirer. Le combat régulier reste, mais beaucoup plus d'événements ont été ajoutés avec quelques mini-jeux. Par exemple, les joueurs doivent tordre la télécommande Wii pour régler une radio pour les informations entrantes en milieu de partie et le son passe par le haut-parleur de la télécommande. D'autres bizarreries nécessitent que le joueur lève le Nunchuk pour pomper le fusil de chasse. Les joueurs doivent planter des charges (tourner la télécommande Wii comme une minuterie), ramasser des documents et manier divers pistolets stationnaires. Cette version marque également le retour du fusil de précision et ajoute bazookas et mortiers. Jusqu'à 32 joueurs peuvent rejoindre simultanément un même match, avec des modes de jeu tels que Death Match, Team Death Match et Infiltration. Les cartes multijoueurs sont des adaptations des niveaux solo.

RétroGaming 2.0 ;0)Presents you "Medal of Honor: Heroes II"In the sequel to the PSP-exclusive Medal of Honor: Heroes, players take the role of OSS Operative John Berg during the Normandy campaign of June 1944 in eight missions. He needs to get behind enemy lines and prevent Hitler from deploying the V2 rocket, with the help of US troopers. The story is told through briefings with still voices and narrated voice-overs. Next to the classic first-person shooting gameplay true to the series, the Wii version offers a new, more accessible mode with on-rails shooting - the computer handles the movement while players only need to aim and shoot. In the regular mode, players move around with the analog stick, look around with the Wii remote, lean with the Nunchuk and fire with the B-button, a departure from the control system introduced in Medal of Honor: Vanguard. The game also offers a lock-on system with the Z-button. Alternately, players can use the Wii Zapper to aim and shoot. The regular combat remains, but much more events have been added with a few mini-games thrown in. For instance, players need to twist the Wii remote to tune a radio for mid-game incoming information and the sound comes through the remote's speaker. Other quirks require the player to raise the Nunchuk to pump the shotgun. Players need to plant charges (twist the Wii remote like a timer), pick up documents and man various stationary guns. This version also marks the return of the sniper rifle and adds bazookas and mortars. Up to 32 players can simultaneously join a single match, with game modes such as Death Match, Team Death Match and Infiltration. Multiplayer maps are adaptations of the single-player levels.
