I absolutely loved this game, and ton of it when i was growing up it had bit better graphics the story was more interesting for me the main character was very interesting (people talk about gaming doesn't have female characters but always overlook this game most probably because they don't study the subject and just spread disinformation for attention). Very nice game overall with more action than the first MOH game, the final mission is rather odd but when i was young i didn't care about it and love the animations of the game thought it was amazing.
"DreamWorks clearly put a lot of work into the overall presentation of Medal of Honor: Underground. The game starts off with old newsreel-style footage depicting a frenzied Germany, during which Manon describes her predicament in a voice-over. Further video is interspersed throughout the game, giving you a more concrete sense of the war's magnitude than the game's levels alone could provide. Even the game's credits show interviews with women who supported the war effort. The game itself is pretty nice to look at and listen to, as well. The PlayStation graphics are definitely showing their age, but Underground looks about as good as can be expected. Its audio really shines, though. Immediate sound effects like the shouting of soldiers and gunfire are well produced, but perhaps more important is the ambient sound in each level, which really helps establish a sense of place. Far off one can often hear the sound of orders being barked or troops marching, which adds a lot to the immersion factor. The game's movielike orchestrated score is also a nice touch.
The vast majority of gamers are under 30 years old, and so they never had to bear the full brunt of such a massive conflict as World War II. Like Medal of Honor before it, Underground provides these younger generations with a look back at a period of history that, although immeasurably bloody, also deserves attention. Though nobody will realistically write a thesis on German attrition after playing the game, it does stir up interest in World War II and the issues that it involved. At the same time, it's one of the better first-person shooters available on a console, and as such, fans of that genre and history buffs alike owe it to themselves to give it a shot. " - GameSpot

Medal of Honor Underground is a prequel to the successful Medal of Honor. You play as Manon, a young French girl recruited by the French resistance fighting against the coming German onslaught. The Nazis will use suppressive firing, squad tactics, tanks, half-tracks, and motorcycles to try to stop you. The game features 22 levels spread throughout seven missions, with 12 authentic weapons, including the pistol crossbow and the Panzerfaust. A new disguise mode allows Manon access to the Third Reich's most evil secrets. Artificial intelligence-controlled fellow agents will assist by battling the Gestapo, cracking safes, and driving vehicles. After fighting the Nazis across Europe and North Africa, try battling your friends in Medal of Honor Underground's split-screen multiplayer arenas.
The year is 1940, and the conquering force of the Third Reich has invaded France. Nazi Germany has marched into Paris and claimed the once proud nation as its own in its further quest for domination of Europe. The allied forces won't be coming to liberate France any time soon, as they have their hands full protecting Great Britain. The perception that the French have simply let Hitler walk into their country without a fight has not endeared the rest of the war-torn world to the cause.
As a young woman named Manon Batiste, you will be thrust into the world of intrigue and violence that is World War II doing all you can to save your beloved homeland by joining the OSS and traveling the world as a member of the French Resistance, taking out Gestapo thugs and the SS so that you might become a seasoned veteran and aid in the ultimate liberation of your nation.
The developers have attempted to fill each locale with the realism of the actual global conflict. To this effect, you will have computer-controlled compatriots who will occasionally fight alongside you, as well as enemies who possess realistic damage models, where head and chest shots do far more damage than shots to the extremities. Also, each of the twelve weapons contained in the game are authentic to the era and place of combat.
Out of every shaders i like the emulation of ambient occlusion, i really don't like games without AO and with Monocular_Cues shader.
"Remastered" in the title because of various boosted shaders
